Hi! Thank you so much to being here. You are great, I follow you every other day. Many times I want to just go the easier way to loose weight, like pills or injections, but I ashamed myself for trying it. So I chose the hard but the right way to lose some pounds. I need to get more discipline and mental stamina and healthy habit to be on workout schedule. Thank you again.

Theee weeks ago I tried this workout and couldn’t make it through the warm up. I completed the Strong in 20 series, as well as a few other NML workouts since. Today I made it ALL THE WAY THROUGH this one! I am so freaking proud of myself! It wasn’t pretty but I did it. Thank you ladies for the encouragement and confidence.

Whoo hoo! I loved this workout. So good and challenging. I ended up doing circuit 3 twice cause I cdnt figure out the strength move that well the first time. The last 4 bonus moves were my favs! I did the dead bug and runner sit up twice as well to work that core! Loved the creativity! Thank you!

Good morning. I came across you about three months ago. I really was just exploring and wanted to change up my usual routine and rather than focus on pilates, focus on strength. I have done your strong 20, stronger 25, 35, and today I started your 30 I was not gonna work out because I wasn’t feeling great, but I couldn’t miss out on this opportunity to join everyone for day one I felt incredible after, thank you for giving me the strength to build strength

I did this workout for the first time and it makes for a nice change in my usual workouts. I'm currently repeating Splitstrong 35, but altered the plan a little and I am repeating it for 12 weeks before moving on to Build 30 🙂 Thanks for all the great workouts. There's so much variety!
