    Really nice! I thoroughly enjoyed the cardio tabata. I was breathing heavily, but I also had time to recover. The strength pretty much covered everything. My triceps were feeling it. Thank you Kat! 😊

    Loved this! I also love that you knew what my request was before I even knew it😊. I did strength first then the cardio; was great.

    And FWIW, I think it's great you're posting all the 10 minutes workouts. They are really good to have on hand for (a) when I oversleep 😅 and/or (b) when I want to have a workout sliiiiightly longer, but just want to stack a little sumthin sumthin.

    Loved this one! This was the first time I've done one of your tabata workouts and NOT had to pause the video – I pushed myself and made it all the way through with no breaks!

    Loved it! I usually have to pause and do a longer warmup so thank you for making me feel less old haha! I really like the add on workouts you've been putting up because it makes it easy to customize a workout with the stackable videos you have up for exactly what I'm feeling that day!     My ankles were telling me it’s time for a low impact day this was wonderful, the 180 squat jumps are my new fav have I said that before?!

    That was soooo fun KAT!!! Might have 2 do strength first next time cause could not go heavy as I would have liked 2
    Oh btw triceps were still sore from class Monday damn😄

    This is great! Loved this workout. I'd love to see a quick 5-10 minute abs only workout we can add to the end of our workouts, or do alone. getting ready for swimsuit season and my abs need some extra. 🙂
