    Thank you Kelli. Back in October I had already completed 4 weeks of FB Fit but then I had to stop for two weeks and I was just feeling overwhelmed, I couldn't seem to find my way back. I've tried rescheduling, then starting again from the beginning, but something felt off. Today I've decided to put FB Fit aside (for now) and I've started Low Impact 2 to show some kindness to my body. Seeing that day 1 was actually your first day back was kinda special, I appreciate everything you said. We've got this 💪

    I'm really struggling to get back into working out after our first baby. Honestly, these workouts are perfect. I love how you have 10, 20 and 30 minute options. Also, you two do such a great job commentating as well as helping to inspire ant motivate people. I feel like you always meet your viewers where they are in their health journey. Thank you!!!

    I have Covid and today I tried this workout. I'm used to tougher FB workouts and I never thought I would have found this one challenging. Felt good though and I appreciate your philosophy of "asking" our bodies what they can perform each day, without forcing

    It's January 2, 2023 and this was my first workout after not working out for quite a while. I loved how easy it was, while also being a bit challenging. It was nice that (ironically) I chose a video that Kelli was also just getting back into the swing of things as well. It made me feel seen and very encouraged. Hopefully, I can keep on this path of working out and I'm happy to be doing it with you guys. Thank you.

    April 13 2023. Still have nice but and legs from Kelli's work outs. These are amazing. Just read this..
    Do these. They work. Do this video x3 times a week for at least a month. Watch your carbs, bread and sugar intake. That includes soda. If you do these things and each and everything you will start noticing your self change. Trust Kelli ( spelling sorry). She's great looking and beautiful. I'm not beautiful out great looking haha but my legs n butt look semi less like… Uhh…

    😱😬. Yah know… Flabby. It took a while but I'm coming into a great shape. Ty Kelly. You rock

In this video, I’m going to show you a follow a long workout you can complete with me within the confinements of your home. This workout routine will hit your entire body and make you sweat more than ever!

Whether your goal is to build muscle or lose weight, you don’t necessarily have to ever step foot in a gym. However, to be effective in accomplishing your goals, you can use this perfect home workout paired with a few other follow along workouts on the bullyjuice channel to get you where you want to be!

This perfect home workout will not only be me showing you the exercises, but I will also be working out with you as your virtual personal trainer! I will push you to finish! Do not give up on me!

This workout for home is going to allow you to hit your total body in only 20 minutes! You don’t need an excessively long workout and potential for doing too much without any particular guidelines. This selection of exercises based on movement patterns that you can hit any and everywhere.

COMPLETE this 40 min workout 2-3 times for (TOTAL WORKOUT TIME: 80-120 MINUTES)

THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: Jumping jacks to start the workout and warm the body up, steam engines to get the core warmed up as well, squats, burpees, supermans, which is a great back exercise, planks, rest breaks, imaginary jump ropes, calf raises, arm circles/rotations(whatever you want to call it) to get those shoulders burning, ankle taps, glute bridges, push ups, toe touches, skate mills, side planks, flutter kicks
