    Hey. Can you please make the thumbnail of the video one of the screenshots from thr video? Coz most of your videos have the same thumbnails and it gets confusing to find the video i want when planning to workout usung your videos. Other than that thanks alot for the great workouts!

    Thank you Amy for a great work out I agree with the last comment too! when showing modifications for pregnant or folks recovering from and injury please remember there are huge segment of people that not pregnant nor mending from an injury but are either older or have little flexibility that also need the modifications 🙂

    These workouts with Jacqueline are some of my favorites by you. This one, Weighted Cardio, Hiit, Total Body Dumbell, they're all amazing and I just never get bored with them. The moves are so effective, even for advanced levels. If you two are still in touch I'd love to see you do a new workout video (or five 😘) together! You have a great chemistry and flow together really well. Thanks Amy for keeping my home workouts consistent, fun and effective.
