Connect and Move with this EXPRESS 35min full body reformer session w/your ball. This session is more intermediate due to pacing, and a couple inversions. And be prepared to MOVE, We only have 35 min!

Please make sure your ball isn’t fully inflated, it needs to have some give:)
And always, please honor your body.
