we are back with another intense KETTLEBELL Workout – hope you guys are ready!
We changed a lot in our design, feel free to give us feedback how you like everything after completing the workout.
As almost every of my workouts, this one is super sweaty! We will be working in Supersets. But we will have breaks, no worries. 😋
I am using a 12 kg Kettlebelll. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely.

By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.

I loved this KB workout. I rarely do KB workouts and this one is so fun and sweaty. I used 18/25 lb KB and this was an intense workout especially the 3 minutes finisher! Please have more of these KayKay! Loved it!

Yeah, endlich mein erstes Kettlebell-Workout gemacht 🎉 und ich fand es grandios! Musste zwar anfangs schauen, wie ich das Teil am besten greife (und hab's mir auch fast einmal vor den Kopf gehauen 🙈), aber es hat einfach nur Spaß gemacht mal wieder was neues auszuprobieren 😊

Finished with a 30lb kettlebell did modify 2 times due to a blown out shoulder that only moves well in 2 directions. I had to drop down to a 10 lb because of it but this was the hardest kettlebell I have done especially with heavier weight. I loved the different variations it was never boring!!

Nice set! 40min felt short with changing moves and in the end there was a sweatty, relaxed person filled up with energy! Easy to follow and do at home in small area.

I’ve been on a streak of KB workouts from different creators (my favorite workouts are KB workouts) I literally watched like 20 seconds and went “ugh that looks disgusting…… awesome!” 😂

Loved this because I tend to get bored with strength training so this was a nice change of pace. I don't have a kettlebell but still worked great with a dumbbell. Your workouts are so creative and I like the little cardio burnout at the end 🥰🥰

I found the qué for the next set hard to see because I was in the set when it displayed . I also took me a little while to realize that the lag when she wasn’t working wasn’t rest .

Ok! I’m obsessed with kettlebell workouts. I’ve always love kettlebells in the gym. This is a great workout. I used 10lbs. I’m liking this better than the gym. Especially since it’s cold season 😂 Thank you!! Heading over to your mobility exercises!!!

Es el peor entrenamiento que he visto y hecho nunca. Los ejercicios demasiado repetidos, algunos disfuncionales y la chica expresaba más agotamiento que yo. Tienen que mejorar mucho. Dudo mucho que tengan conocimientos de fisica deportiva.😢

Insane! 337 Calories! This workout is so hard for my wrist haha, trying to hold the 12kg kettlebell but failed lol used 8kg instead for upper body training and 12kg for lower body! Fantastic finisher part!!
