    I usually do your 20 or 30 minute videos. Today I tried this one and when you said "ouch", I thought wow she knows exactly the pain im feeling and at the perfect time too!! The side series was intense!!

    The workout was great and I enjoyed it a lot. I am new to pilates and have a few questions for you if you don't mind me asking. As a beginner, how long would you reccomend sticking with a video until moving on to a new one? And is there a book on pilates that you would reccomend for people to learn more about pilates?
