DAY 22 HIIT IT HARDER CHALLENGE – 40 Minute Workout to get the heart pumping, burn some calories and sweat it out 💦 YOU vs YOU because you are your biggest motivation AND your biggest competition! Grab your mat, a bottle of water and let’s do it team!

▸ Muscles Worked: Arms, Abs, Legs, Chest, Back and Shoulders
▸ Time: 40 Min
▸ Equipment: No Equipment

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

    hey – growingannanas , on that jump squat …..the timer is running ( no rests ) ; keep going until the timer ends. feel those thighs burn and work through it. I certainly did! you should do 10 seconds more for resting a couple times

    OHHH MY GODDESS yes great workout and a great warmdown too. Smashed through the entire 40 mins even the not so graceful one handed burpees. Just a lil break on the side plank crunches , foot slippin. Loved this workout – Drippin on a sunday night

    One of my favorites from you, Anna! I don't have the arm strength to even fake some of your other workouts, but this one I made it through, except for having those one arm burpees be two arms. Something to aim for! Thanks again- love your workouts.
