    I do not recommend it to beginners Some movements were confusing and some were very difficult for beginners and very easy for professionals .
    But this workout is not useless You can use it with the help of a trainer or if you have enough experience and knowledge of your body as you need.

    Wow, I can take on more advanced workouts but 50 minutes of this require a lot, tough stuff. Not recommended for beginners to do the whole thing in one go

    I can do that for 50 minutes no problem and then go for a 8.5km run no problem.

    The only problem is I suck at Pushups snd lunges man. I don’t know what it is it and how do I improve on this. Currently I would only be able to do 3 regular pushups then I have to do the knee support pushups. 😭 I wish I could improve on that.

    I'm currently on round 4/5 and thought of taking a minute to leave a comment which I rarely do.
    I've been doing cardio since covid but then slowly stopped and leaned towards other kind of workouts which requires "less" cardio workouts.
    To be honest, I have gained a bit of weight, probably because I was focusing on doing bodyweights with dumbbells and realized that wasn't what I wanted.
    Kind of frustrating to have lost my body shape since then.
    I've been trying to find other cardio but I felt "lazy" to complete all workouts.
    Thnak God to have found this one which kept me going and smiled while doing them.
    Highly recommend this channel and keep up the good work guys!
