BARBELL SUPERSETS WORKOUT |  Lose Fat Gain Muscle | 50 Min Full Body Follow Along Workout



BARBELL SUPERSET WORKOUT – Lose fat, gain muscle with this barbell workout for women who want a killer weight training workout at home.

You’ll need a barbell and plates to complete this weight training workout. For circuit 1, I used a 12.5kg bar and 1.25-2.5kg plates for the lower body circuit, I used a 20kg barbell. Don’t have a barbell ? I’ll show you the dumbbell alternative for every move. Use dumbbells suitable for your fitness and strength level.

There are 12 supersets to work through. 2 x each.
Exercise A: 40 secs work/10 Secs rest
Exercise B: 30 Secs work/ 10 Secs rest
