BBG-Style NO-EQUIPMENT At-Home Workout Tutorial



Getting started with working out at home doesn’t have to be hard. SWEAT trainer Kayla Itsines shows us the ultimate no-equipment BBG workout tutorial you can do from anywhere, anytime. It will work your entire body; and the best part of no-equipment bodyweight workouts is that you can still get great results without the need to purchase exercise equipment or have access to a gym.

This no-equipment workout tutorial is super simple to follow and will strengthen your legs, core, and shoulders, all while getting your heart rate up and your body sweating. You can follow the tutorial as a 14-minute workout or a 28-minute workout, depending on your fitness level or how much time you have. If you can place a towel (or mat) on the floor, that’s all the space you need to do this no-equipment workout at home. You don’t need ANY equipment so you can do it anytime, anywhere!⁣⁣⁣

Here are the exercises included in this video:

CIRCUIT 1⁣⁣⁣
In & Out Jump Squat – 12 reps⁣⁣⁣
Inchworm – 15 reps ⁣⁣⁣
Reverse Lunge – 20 reps (10 each side)⁣⁣⁣
Broad Jump – 10 reps ⁣⁣⁣

CIRCUIT 2⁣⁣⁣
Sumo Squat Pulse – 24 reps ⁣⁣⁣
Glute Bridge – 15 reps ⁣⁣⁣
Lateral Lunge – 20 reps (10 each side) ⁣⁣⁣
Calf Raise – 20 reps ⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣Aim to complete as many laps of each circuit as possible in 7 minutes, rest for 60 seconds, then repeat! 💪⁣⁣⁣
