    Hears him say "Women don't need to build the chest muscles that's a guy thing" Dude the heck? Where did you learn this false information? Who taught you this? Cause whoever taught you this needs to learn women can get muscles they can do anything a guy can do. Now i'm not hating i'm telling you what your doing wrong and how your making women think they can't do whatever dudes can do. To all the women out there reading this you can be strong and smart and awesome and dudes who think that women can't do this well YA WRONG

    Usually good advice and knowledge but Training them to have an unbalanced body.. because they have boobs and a vag.. seems silly to me.. please ladies don’t listen to this.. fit girls rock! Strong girls rock! Don’t leave body parts out!!

    women aren't just about the legs and ass. To burn fat and build muscle you need to train all parts of the body. on the opposite side of things Ive seen men that seem to only train arms and their legs look like that of a chicken.. it goes both ways. I Love training upper body.. and its not about losing weight its about becoming strong and looking strong. Strong women are sexy AF! 😉
    There is actually a very helpful video for those that care that show how women and men do the exact same gym routine and each have different results but both look amazing. The guy actually breaks down all the info and scientific reasoning behind it too so i would highly reccommend it. Heres the link.

    what about flabby arms and bat wings??i guess building some muscles on ones triceps would solve the problem cause loosing weight alone is not going to fix the flab.or am i wrong?

    Hey ladies, I agree with Mr. Coles, as in in the beginning of a females training session it is harder for them to build upper body strength, but with time they to can become stronger and built in the upper body region to their liking as men do. I don't think he was trying to be or sound chauvinistic I feel it just takes a bit more time for most females as it is in their natural makeup. Although I do not agree with less upper body training in workout regimens for females, as balance is key for strong, healthy and aesthetically pleasing physiques in my opinion and most women like cut toned arms and chiseled shoulders. Also pleasing to men as well. I always train upper body and it does not make you look manly yet it does make you look proportionate and toned! Also helps with confidence!

    Before everyone rips on this guy he is more so talking about aesthetic not an athletes training two very different things…. also training should be different for males and females since they have very different bio mechanics, and muscle distribution…… so for girls to train legs more strictly the guys makes more sense since most females will have a substantial nack for building leg muscles it is more attractive for women to have nice legs core and back… but the chest is a little different there is something already occupying the space so aesthetic wise there is more so no point to training chest as much as guys do.

    I think its good for women to train chest as well. Training chest can provide extra support to your boobs making them look more perky. Also, you need a strong chest to support a strong back. Slightly disagreed on that piece but rest of it is all great

    Thank you for this, Mark. As a massage therapist, I get frustrated when women come to me who've started working out with a male trainer and he has tightened up her bicep and pec muscles unduly. He's doing a guy's workout on her.

    Lol! There should be no difference in female and male training, I train ALL body parts and I love focusing on upper body. I've got a great figure that's balanced and I love that my breasts are so much more lifted and appear larger from my chest training. I have a very feminine figure too, not masculine at all despite all my heavy lifting and upper body training. Also, I'm really over this whole 'big glutes' obsession for females actually, I used to get teased at school for having a big round ass now everyone wants one. Oh how times have changed! This big ass trend has completely blown out of control because of social media. That trend needs to die! It's just very annoying, creepy and pornographic.
