    Listen you cannot really target a particular body part to lose fat from. If you think you are doing it regularly yet seeing that belly or chest fat it doesn't mean it's not working, as long as you are seeing those numbers going down on the weighing scale keep going, You are doing the right thing. Belly fat is the most stubborn to go and it usually goes at the very last. First you gonna notice it going from your face, arms, shoulders, legs and then you might start seeing it getting away from your chest and in the last it will target your belly just be consistent don't give up.

    I have started this exercises in 2024. During lockdown also i had started but unfortunately i had to discontinue for lack of time 😢. But again started now and lost some weight and belly fat within 40 days as i skipped exercise some days in between. But thanks to Jeet selal. My abs are also visible though very little but i am confident if i continue these as well as ab challenges exercises, i will get significant results. 😊
