    Really enjoyed this one of the recent series. I preferred it as it had the pace I like. Quick transitions, constant movement, cardio intertwined throughout, and not a bunch of long unnecessary breaks, so my HR got up and stayed up. Great burn in the legs, glutes, some light arm work, ab circuit on the mat in the middle, then back up to faster paced moves to finish it out before a stretch. 👍
    Also well balanced, I was pushed evenly in legs, arms, abs, glutes and back, without overdoing any one area. Loved this for the pace and well rounder as of the routine, and finishing with standing or cardio moves I always love before I stretch. One I shall save to my Kits favourites 🙏😉❤️.
    and a ab dedicated circuit in the middle , then finishing on a cardio move which I always prefer before a good stretch 😉. 220

    I am new to this and it was way too difficult for me. I modified and rested where I needed to. I used what I learned I physical therapy about what is good for my injuries and I still sweated through this with you. Thank you. I’ve always been a Pilates fan but never did as much as I should have.

We are going to move to the BEAT today. Pay attention as some exercises will vary in their tempo which can effect muscle fatigue. We move pretty quickly from one exercise to the next so listen, and if needed hit pause to stay on track. Grab some heavier weights, a mat and lets fire up those muscles…BTW- your heart rate will stay elevated through the workout so you you also get the benefits of cardio.
