    First time a 40 minutes workout with you. This is brilliant. 10 minutes more time for abs I think so in comparison with other 30 minutes full body workouts. Could not finish all exercises without an extra break but this was so cool, smooth and fast so I will come back for sure to finish it.

    Good one! Just one thing, try not to put push-ups right after side planks because one arm is more tired. Also, I noticed it got easier after hitting 80%. It seems like you're throwing in exercises without following a clear logic.
