30-DAY POWER FIT: Day 21- šŸ’Ŗ Today we’re diving into a focused, 35-minute chest and triceps workout designed to build serious strength. Weā€™ll power through 10 intense exercises, each repeated three times to push you to your max. Work hard for 50 seconds per set, with 20 seconds of rest in between. Iā€™m using 15, 20, and 30 lb dumbbells, but pick weights that feel challenging for you. Ready to crush this? Letā€™s do it!
