Day 23 - 30 MIN YOU VS YOU HIIT WORKOUT - With Weights, Full Body, No Repeat



Team, we’re adding weights again today! I’m calling this 30 min YOU VS YOU workout because you are your biggest motivation AND your biggest competition! Burn fat with this high-intensity, full-body workout and I’m sure you’ll feel incredible at the end!!
Who is the hardest worker in the room = YOU ARE! Let’s do it!!

WORKOUT DETAILS

👉🏼 Duration: 30 MINS (Plus 5 mins of cool-down stretches)
👉🏼 Intensity: Body Burner 🔥🔥🔥
👉🏼 Dumbbells OR Bottles (I’m using 10kg dumbbells for your reference)
👉🏼 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest
👉🏼 No Repeat

Please remember that we are all different and that you can make this your OWN workout… take a longer break when you need to.

    It's a really nice dumbbell set, but it cost way to much. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I guess that's just how things are now days. 😕 other than being way over priced they are a wonderful weight set. My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

    This is a killer one…. Many must have told you this …thank you for existing! I brought down my post pregnancy weight only and only using your videos. I'm much fitter now and have been doing the intense ones in your channel and oh my… the feeling i get when I finish is just so amazing!!!

    I had lost 15 kg 2 years ago but unfortunately I gained 20 kg and ı realized i am struggling doing this workout. I got used to it but after ı quit doing sports and eating over calorie i realized how i am unhealthy than my old version. But ı believe myself cause ı did it and i can do it again. Only thing that changed is my weight my mindset is same. Also thanks for

BEASTMODE LEG DAY - Intense Leg Workout with Dumbbells | Day 1



Yes! It’s Beastmode LEG DAY!

Focusing on the quads however hamstrings and glutes will be involved throughout!

For this lower body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, a yoga block/thick book (optional as this is simply to target the quads that bit more during squats and for greater range of motion in rear step lunges), a chair for Bulgarian lunges and a wall for yes… wall sits!

The dumbbells I am using are 12.5kg each.

Each exercise will be performed for 4 sets!

There is only one exercise within this workout that pops up only 3 times and is performed for only 1 set at a time; a 90 second wall sit! 🔥🔥🔥

The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest throughout!

HEEL ELEVATED SQUATS X4 sets

BULGARIAN LUNGES X4 sets
