    Remember how I used to rant back in the day.. so I have alot to say but ima keep it short.. ana m eche mmuo gi alot lol.. but any idk what but my phone and any phone I get is hacked. My info has been compromised even to regular people so I have only God knows how many people watching me in my phone 24/7.. Now with that there is AI manipulation idk how that works or what it projects but I live a simple real simple life as of right now but apparently the ai projects other stuff.. that comes from people especially the Sodom and gamorra people using their phone and doing iniquity with technology to my spirit also draining me that is a whole different story in its own anyway God is Good just thought iyd check in 😅,🙏🏿❤💯

Hey guys, today we are doing a basic full body workout.
We will start with a squat session followed by an abs part, an upper body part and a lunge session. We will end the workout with a two minute finisher.
All exercises are beginner friendly. You don’t need any weights or other equipment, just a mat, some water and good mood.
Have fun and enjoy the burn.
