Do This Easy Workout Every Night to Burn Fat in Your Sleep | Low Impact, No Equipment | growwithjo



If you struggle with feeling bloated post-meals or over-stuffed and need a routine to get you feeling more like yourself and help you stay away from late night cravings, this is the workout for you!

For best results do this workout every night after dinner (before bed) to help improve digestion, and speed up your metabolism.

The workout:
Low Impact
No Jumping
All Standing
Beginner Friendly
Knee Friendly
Very Effective
and Fun!

No equipment is required for this workout! All of the exercises are standing and can be done even in a very small space

The beginning of the workout starts slow, to help you ease your way into exercise after eating (I would suggest waiting 20-30 mins between your meal and this workout), but as the workout moves along, you will start to feel the heat and will be left sweating by the end of the workout!

This workout will use all parts of your body, so get ready to feel amazing, have an amazing sleep tonight and feel leaner in the morning!

Make sure to stay consistent with this workout to see more permanent results!

    Morning starts with 45 min of jo workout then evening before studying 50 min of jo another workout and finally before sleeping at 11 pm jo's this workout❤ (hope I reach my goal soon)

    It’s really hard for me to find interval training like this that I can actually do with some of my issues (can’t be on my knees for too long, weak elbow and constantly sprained wrists) this was such low impact on my weak point AND as a plus sized girly, it was something I could actually complete and do every move. New subscriber for sure

    I'm going to start this from today. My weight is 60+ and according to my height (156cm) I should be under 52 kgs and my ideal weight is 45kgs I've been in a calorie deficit for a week and it's going nice now i want to workout as well for my own good. I'll keep my track here.

    DAY:1:- ✅️ 21 aug
    OMG I actually enjoyed this workout. Special tip just don't watch the time keep pushing yourself it was so good I have a hunchback and my shoulders and back have slight pain rn but I completed it and actually danced with her at the end after finishing 😭
    I'll try to do this at least 3 or 4 times a week

    Day 2:- ✅️ 22 aug
    i thought I was gonna rest today but I actually did it it's so fun and addicting also doing this at night is also helping me with my insomnia.

    Today my 5th with jo’s workout. I don’t follow one workout i do different workout everytime but with jo but that workout must be 30 to 35 mins and I sweat A LOT. My brother has asked me if I took a shower in my clothes so that’s how much I sweat. However yesterday I felt immensely tired my legs refused to move I pushed myself up and did only 12 mins and today I could only do 28 mins I don’t why this is happening. My thighs are cramped so bad and I hate it. Well I’m writing this comment to rest to rest for a while and complete my workout rather then leaving in between

    This is day 5 of doing growwithjo and let me tell u im in love already sadly i dont have a scale but i do know that i was about 115 kg a few months ago it really doesn't look like it but i am trying i do Chloe everyday as well so i cant wait to weight myself again ive tried a detox but i get sick after 2 days (i rarely eat i gained most of my weight do to stress and lack of sleep with poor options of food i skip breakfast sometime lunch and only eat dinner and over eat a lot which im working on i find it rude to not finish the food ) im trying to stand on business and do this for my sole ❤ jo help me accomplish a lot and im learning a lot the journey is far but i can get there ❤

    I've been doing my home workouts with this channel on and off for a year. I lost motivation because of depression and got to a weight where I was no longer happy. Out of all the workout channels on youtube, growwithjo is my absolute favorite because Jo is authentically herself and she's not afraid to talk about the difficult stuff especially with motherhood. She keeps a smile throughout the workout and gives words of motivation to keep you going. I am now two weeks into these workouts and have lost 10 pounds. Thank you Jo for giving me and many others a space to feel comfortable and giving us a way to workout at our own pace in our own homes where many of us feel safe.

    Yaptım ama küçücük telefon ekranından yaptım.(herkes salonda tv izliyordu) bazı hareketleri hem alanım kısıtlı olduğu için hem de kondisyonsuz olduğum için yapamadım.
    Gayet güzel ancak hayal kurup duşa girince uyuyamadım.
    Sorunları ve üzüntüleri yenmenin yolu spor. Bir süredir kilo veriyorum ancak aktif bir üniversite hayatım olduğu için spor yapamıyorum günlük 10.000 adım atıyorum en az bazen 20.000.
    Beginner olan 48 dklık video yapamadığımda yürüyüşleri uzatıyordum bazen yapabildiğim hareketi bir kaç defa daha yapıyorum bana 502 kalori yaptırmış bugün yine dışarıdaydım bu antrenman bana 290 kalori yaptırdı. Teşekkür ederim Jo artık en azından sabahları videonu yapacağım. Düzenli bir hayat ile her şeye zamanımız var biraz uzun oldu ama olsun.

    I haven’t done this one in a while and it was one of my favorite active recovery workout that I did several times in a week. So today it felt so good to do this for my relaxation day. I’m starting to put this back in rotation again.

    Finally getting into working out after baby number 2 and I tried exclusively lifting weights, exclusively Pilates, and I just always seem to come back to your videos, Jo. They just make me feel GOOD and even during the workout I feel motivated! The moves aren’t too difficult to where I can’t think straight cuz it burns so bad. I actually feel like I can do these exercises properly and have fun doing it! There was one point with the arm punches I just felt like I was able to get my anger out from all the hard things happening in my life. And the last move with the fast running just made me feel so hyped up idk 😅😂 I just love you Jo and am so grateful for the effort you put into these videos!

    Oh MY GOD! I just did this (expecting it to be easy peasy) BUT IT WAS SOOO FUN and stimulating for the full body, I broke a HUGE SWEAT!
    Jo not sure if you’re gonna read this but your workout programs changed my life! I’m recently going through a rough patch in life and in the process of rediscovering myself through new passions and hobbies and that’s when YouTube surfing recommended me your channel…and it was just magic from there! Ive been doing your workouts every day CONSISTENTLY and that’s something no other influencer has managed to do for me. You’re fun, genuine and your workouts are so motivational! It’s also put me in a better mood and every day I wake up feeling good, positive and ready to kick more workouts in the butt. My body is also looking FITTER mind you, my legs are toning up, I’ve lost a lot of water retention, my tummy is flatter, arms are slimmer and my cellulite has improved too.
