Plank up downs
Hollow hold
Supermans
Alt V Ups
Windshield wipers

2 Rounds
6x single leg deadlift / balance
15x jump squats
12x jump lunges

“DT” Dumbbell workout (I used 25lbs)
5 rounds
12x deadlift
9x hang power clean
6x shoulder to overhead

Make sure you warm up and cool down appropriately and scale movements as needed.
