This Total Body Summer Workout will help you with your legs, butt, core, abs and upper body. Whether you are here to feel a good burn OR or to simply burn some calories – if you want an all-in-one workout in the sun, this is the one for you.

Filmed in DĆ¼sseldorf, Germany, this workout consists of 4 different sections:
