FULL BODY BARRE & PILATES || 35 Minute At-Home Sculpting Workout
I hope you enjoy this new Full Body Barre & Pilates Workout. All you need is a mat and a chair (or anything you can hold on to).
This workout combines barre and pilates exercises to add variety to your workout routine and to target all your muscles through small isometric movements. We will strengthen and sculpt our legs and glutes in the Barre section of class and then work on our strong core and abdominals to finish.

When I balance on either leg it is my ankle that burns due to old injuries and have flat feet. Tried to strengthen over the years. Nothing really has helped. What modifications can do for the plank? I also have old wrist injuries. Weight on them is a challenge.
