    Hi Trish, I wondered which exercises you could suggest for getting back slowly I to a fitness regime? I had to stop a year cardio and weight lifting following a cataract operation, but I'm now ready to start again 🥰

    This was quite a challenge. I like the rounds of four particularly when you do one side of the body in the first set and the other side in the second set. It's easier to remember which side you did first. Thank you.

    Hi Trish, Happy Monday! Thank you for today's great strength workout! I also like the rounds of 4. I was able to use a variety of weights for today and it felt great! Boy, I was getting out of breath for those plank pull across exercises, lol. We had a nice weekend, and I hope you and your family did too! The weather was beautiful, but it is supposed to be early 90's today and tomorrow, ug. I'll try to get the kids outside for some exercise this morning while it is cooler!     Shhhh don't tell my husband I told you but he actually found this harder than I did today. I put it down to doing yoga and using my core more effectively than him in order to work with the weights . Great stuff Trish!!!

Lower body session with scheduled rest periods and reps to support hypertrophy….let’s put the work in!

Demanding a lot from the quads, glutes and hamstrings using dumbbells and bodyweight as resistance with dynamic, partial reps, isometrics and tempo to really make this an extremely challenging lower body workout!

The dumbbells I am using are 17.5kg each and I also have one heavier at 25kg for sumo squats and sumo deadlift squats!

Where I use maybe only the one dumbbell, you can absolutely use 2 depending on the weights you have!
