    when i lay on side to do the leg lifts, the bones along my hip are tender, making it difficult to complete – should I lean a bit forward or backward? I do love this quick workout using my magic circle, thank you!

    This was just what I needed. I got a magic ring delivered today and I couldn't wait to try it out. It made everything easier but also somehow more challenging… maybe because I was more aware of my movement so everything was super controlled. Looking forward to trying out my mini ball next and will definitely be doing this one again! 🙂

    What if you can't get your lower back off the mat at @12:53? Should I do reverse crunches instead? I had a baby late last year, she was a C-Section, and there are some movements I can't do.

Happy Thursday!!! You wished for a kettlebell workout and I know you guys love full body functional exercises to build strength, stability and strength-endurance. And this is what this workout is all about. We will do supersets without repeats. Three supersets targeting your lower body and three for your upper body and core. OF COURSE I have a warm-up mobility and cool-down mobility part integrated.
