    A lot of you are saying that you can't burn 1000 calories 4 minutes, and your right but there is something called the after burn affect, which is where you continue to burn a good amount of calories long after your workout and that goes for many different workouts, it's an increased metabolism which is linked to increase of oxygen that helps restore your body.
