    This is the first time I’ve ever been able to start & finish a “Beginner” work out from start to finish. So many fitness gurus started at a body weight that wasn’t plus-size so as a bigger woman, I’m so grateful to you & your team for bringing this into my life. 🙏🏽♥️

    Love your workouts! They're a little hard on my knees, though, but I do have bad knees. I've only done 3 of the "low impact" ones, maybe I need to browse more of them.

    I just turned 54 and I have gained a lot of weight in The Last 5 Years and am very unhealthy. I know I need to start somewhere with trying to get into shape and it became abundantly clear as it's getting more and more difficult for me to go up and down stairs. I did this whole entire video without stopping. This was my first attempt at working out in about 30 years. I'm looking for a program like this to do everyday.

    I started on 06/17/24
    I will log my progress here.
    Goals: lose 5-7 lbs. Lose belly fat. Gain lung and heart strength. Improve stamina.
    Btw I have (non-severe) asthma so this is even trickier!

    0617/24 – did 17 minutes with some pauses then I stopped and came back later to complete the rest.
    06/18/24 – did 19 minutes with some pauses then I stopped and came back later to complete the rest.
    06/19/24 – did 23 minutes with some pauses then I gave myself a big pause and did the rest.

    You Tube is really crappy to interrupt workout videos with commercials. Put unskipable ads at the beginning if you want, but it really kills the flow of the workout. I know they will say, just buy premium but I refuse 😤

    I can't believe I made it all the way through. I'm 61 and, aside from occasional walks to the grocery store, I don't exercise at all. I watched the video a few days ago. When I started to actually do it today, I thought maybe I should start out marching for 30 minutes to see if I could do that. It was your encouragement that convinced me to just jump in. Somehow knowing that it was ok to stop for a moment if I needed to made it easier to choose to keep going.

    I have to say I'm at 360 lbs and this is the first workout I've ever been able to accomplish. (Even though I had to tweak some moves. And take alot of breaks.) If I take the time to do it a few more times hopefully less breaks lol.

    Just done this exercise again ,after a long time ,I realise my problem with exercise is consistency, I do so well then I just stop,but i know I won't see any positive results unless I get constant at it

35 Min COMPLEX SETS Full Body DUMBBELL workout | AMRAP Follow Along



In this 35 Min COMPLEX SETS Full Body DUMBBELL workout | AMRAP Follow Along
, we’ll be tackling a total of 10 complex sets. Each complex set is 3 minutes long, and the goal is to perform as many rounds as possible with proper form. The first 5 complex sets contain 2 movements each for 10 repetitions each, and the last 5 complexes contain 3 movements, with the first 4 sets at 8 repetitions each and the last complex at 5 repetitions each. Try to use a challenging weight to adjust the intensity of the workout.

These are the dumbbells that I am using:
2x 18KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
2x 05KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)

Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:
