HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts are one of the fastest, most effective ways to burn fat and boost endurance. But many people don’t take full advantage of this powerful training style! 💥 #HIIT #HIITWorkout #Treadmill

Experts recommend adding a 10-30 minute HIIT session to your routine 2-3 times a week, with at least 24 hours of rest between sessions. It’s a great complement to other types of fitness activities.

This 35-minute treadmill workout includes 8 rounds of 30-second sprints at max effort, each followed by a 90-second recovery at low intensity. We’ll start with a 10-minute warm-up to get your body ready, and end with a 6-minute cool-down to help reduce the risk of injury.

Vacations/ trips are for work or pleasure, but either way, doesn’t mean it’s an excuse to go off the rails and not workout or not move your body AT ALL

That’s my personal view on it, but even some moving is better then none…

So I always pick a hotel that has some sort of gym, doesn’t have to be state of the art and I will make a great workout happen! 🔥

DBs and a bench or stair is all you need for this one
I had upper body day, so that is what this is

Decline push ups 3 sets of 5-7 reps
Single arm push press 3 sets of 8 reps / arm
Front to lateral raise. 3 sets of 8
Heavy bicep curls. 3 sets of 10-12

That’s it!! Took 35 min and my arms feel great! 💪🏼
