35 min HYBRID Bodyweight + Dumbbell Workout ( FULL BODY + ABS | NO REPEAT)
In This 35 min HYBRID Bodyweight + Dumbbell Workout we will have two blocks of 18x exercises. A combination of Dynamic Dumbbell exercises, bodyweight / Cardio + Abdominal exercises. We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds with 15 and 20 seconds rest.
The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x 5kg
2x 10kg

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

Tone & strength from head to toe with this quick HIIT that only requires a set of dumbbells.
Youâll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

Torch Fat & Feel Energized!! 35 MIN FULL BODY HIIT FOR WOMEN 40+
One of my favorite full-body HIIT workouts of the year! đ„ 35 minutes of dumbbell strength moves and cardio for a total body burn. 2 sets, 30 sec work/15 sec rest, and a bench for extra challenge. Letâs crush it together!
I used a Box + a set of 4kg/9 lbs + 6kg/13 lbs + 8kg/17.5 lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

Wonderful I love all of your work out not too demanding it's make me want to do more because of the way that you have done it it encouraged me that a woman over 50 is able to do something to make her body looking and feeling better it make me feel lighter your exercise make me feel younger it giving me this different glow and it lift my my bum and my waist is getting smaller not reach to the point where I needed it to be you know I my abs need to get tighter but I can see the improvement in your workout thank you God bless you

Great exercises. After a year and a half of supplementing my income working as a CSR sitting on my bum all day, I lost a lot of muscle (yes, I finally quit and started dedicating time to myself). Only one week into Lucy's programs, I am starting to see results. She beautifully targets specific muscle groups — I add light weights to some of her routines to intensify the work-out. I am very slim and definitely want my muscles back quickly.

Will this workout help melt fat in the bum, please? It seems no exercise has yet to get rid of my bum fat, I squat every day too like 30 of them every day no results . thank you

Iâm 3 years late to the game, but I had to comment in case someone else had the same experience.
My knees have never done squats well because of lovely genetics and arthritis.
I saw a video where you can do squats with your feet facing left/right directions. This has helped, but it still hurts a bit.
THEN for the first time ever, you said to keep the toes lifted so as to not put pressure in the knees!
What a huge difference that made too! No pain this time!
This was the lowest that I was able to squat in likeâŠever! Thank you for that tip! â€
