Step One: š” Environment is everything! Iāll show you the small changes I made to set myself up for success, from organizing my space to accountability measures that kept me on track.
Step Two: š½ Caloric Deficit, Made Easy. I dialed in my calorie intake without feeling deprived. Iāll share how I maintained a deficit, plus a few tricks that helped me stay on track and enjoy my meals.
Step Three: š„© Protein Power! To maximize muscle retention and stay full, I focused on protein intake. Iāll give you my favorite protein hacks and meal ideas that helped me hit my targets with ease.
Step Four: šļø Weight Training for Hypertrophy. Hereās how I structured my workouts to build muscle while losing fat. My training plan kept me strong and lean, focusing on effective hypertrophy techniques.
Step Five: š¶ Step Tracking and Cardio. Tracking my daily steps and adding cardio kept me active, helped burn extra calories, and made a big difference in my overall results.
After 60 days, Iām down 15 pounds and sitting at 10% body fat. This journey has been all about creating a sustainable lifestyle, and Iām pumped to share it with you!

It is well known that before you begin any workout you should warm up and stretch your body – to avoid any injures during the workout.
I’ve been asked for a warmup workout for a long time, but only now I found time to create it… and finally it’s here!
At the end of this workout your body will be warmed up and ready for any physical activity.
So do try this warm-up workout and tell me how you feel after that! Ideally you should be doing this warm-up session before any workout you perform, so try to stick to this plan.
