    Seems like some were scared to say anything. And I wanted to point out that some of the women there are not obese, they are morbidly obese and they know that their doctor put that on their medical summary. Why lie about it‽

    If you can't lose weight then either eat less or move more or both, it's that simple. Anything else starting with "but" is an excuse. We all have circumstances, we all struggle with something, but everyone can lose weight, some can just do it easier and some struggle with it more.

    Your physique starts in the kitchen. Someone may not have the time to fit in a fitness routine, but you can still manage your health with what you eat every day.
    A person isn't fit and healthy because they did one cram "season" of a healthy lifestyle for 6 months. It is the accumulation of tiny little decisions in their life that determines where they end up. If you took the stairs and parked your car further away, you would be making a healthier choice and toning your legs over time, for example.

    I'm a single mum and work a full time job and can honestly say no matter what situation I've been in or what I've had to sacrifice of my own needs, my kids have always eaten home cooked meals with fresh produce, it can be done. Where there's a will there's a way

    Im 17. I cook healthy dinners everynight, go to the gym everyday, track calories, protein etc. I’m also depressed, and struggle to get out of bed. SOMEHOW, at age 17, I am already smarter, and better than the some of these women in the video. Groceries to eat healthy is not expensive, or hard. Chicken breasts are $3, to $5 dollars per pound. Get chicken, beef, and frozen vegetables, or even normal veggies. It’s BETTER to have fresh fruit, and vegetables, and have EXTRA. It can be used for other healthy meals. It’s SO easy to eat healthy. Even while DEPRESSED, OR STRUGGLING WITH A CONDITION. I’m diabetic, and still can eat healthy, lose weight, etc.

    As someone who is a cardiovascular disease researcher (and a fit woman), I kind of wish that I'd been there. There were a lot of huge misconceptions about obesity and what it medically means. Misunderstandings about the advantages and limitations of BMI, misunderstanding the medical impacts of adiposity, etc.

    You can find heathy frozen food. Some of these women are acting like victims. Go buy some eggs, milk, meat, frozen chicken……it’s NOT hard. You’re making excuses.

    I also have PCOS. Stop using it as a crutch. I’ve lost 50 pounds in 6 months WITH PCOS and it’s from calorie deficit and walking. You’re not a victim. You’re complacent.

    Lastly, you’re not going to lose weight unless you’re in a calorie deficit. That’s how weight loss worlds. You can’t just eat “healthy” food nonstop and then wonder why you’re not losing weight. You still have to eat in moderation. If you’re unwilling to do that, you’re not going to lose weight.
