It’s Tabata cardio intervals combined with full body mobility drills to raise your heart rate AND improve flexibility and range of motion.

It looks like this:
āœ”ļø 5 Circuits
āœ”ļø 2 Cardio Tabata Exercises Per Circuit
āœ”ļø Perform Each Cardio Tabata Exercise for 20 Seconds, Followed by 10 Seconds Rest
āœ”ļøRepeat X 4 Sets
āœ”ļø THEN Perform a Mobility Exercise for 50 Seconds Between Circuits
