I was not ready for this workout to be such a sweaty one 🔥
All you need is yourself, a mat and some small weights (or a waterbottle).
So if you’re down for the challenge, let’s get our deep muscles working along with some chill, calming music.
It’s not relaxing BUT so peaceful, so let’s not wait any longer & enjoy some beats 35 minutes ❤️

This Total Body Summer Workout will help you with your legs, butt, core, abs and upper body. Whether you are here to feel a good burn OR or to simply burn some calories – if you want an all-in-one workout in the sun, this is the one for you.

Filmed in Düsseldorf, Germany, this workout consists of 4 different sections:

Each section has 3 rounds with 3 exercises @ 45sec each:
Part 1:
Double Jump + Alternating Kicks / 4x High Knee and Butt Kick / Plank Jumping Jacks
Part 2:
Jump Lunges + Jump Squats In & Out / Alternating Double Tap Backs / Alternating Walking Bridges
Part 3:
Shoulder Tap + Arm Reach / Downward Facing Dog + Push Up / Arm Circles
Part 4:
Hip Lift + Hand Swipes / Elbow to Knee Crunches (4x, then alternate) / Crunch Pulses
