KETTLEBELL FULL BODY WORKOUT  35 minutes.  [4 Exercise Ladder]



This kettlebell full body workout 35 minutes consists of 4 exercises for 30 seconds, 45, and 60 seconds and then back down the ladder of 60, 45, 30. This is a great complete kettlebell full body workout for roughly 35 minutes. . Males can use a 16 and 12 kg kettlebell and females I would recommend a 12 and 8 kg kettlebell.

    wow i am dripping! i just got out of the hospital not even a month and a half ago, lost too much weight n strength but i finished this one n feel great. My strength n stamina is back! Thank you!

    absolutely loved this one , specially with those combination exercises ,(Kettlebell split stance row, clean, push press ,Kettlebell split stance row, clean, push press) was supper effective , however , it was really tough one and I thoroughly enjoyed . liked all your creative exercises . thank you so much really appreciate that . šŸ’ššŸ’ŖšŸ‘Š
