    I was doing Box squats last month for this challenge. I guarantee I have more control over certain parts of some stuff areas in my hip, I feel more stable and just overall more limber and fluid in my legs

    My knees were fine fine fine till I used one machine in the gym, the leg press and lift machine, now just a simple squat and i'm feeling pain in my knees

    i have arthritis in my left knee lol it’s a beast when it’s cold or raining! in the winter, i go to the sauna and stretch it before I do my workout
