LIVE WORKOUT 178 – 60 Minute FULL BODY LOW IMPACT half & half.
Crazy Train Full Body HIIT 8:45AM CST. It is that good ol’ LOW IMPACT half & half. First half we have our 4 blocks of work (5 exercises we do twice) 30 on:10 off (Loaded compound strength block- cardio compound block) After the first half, we have a loaded to unloaded Tabata half (20 on:10 off). We will be using 2 medium weights (12’s) and 1 Heavy (25lb.). Get your mat and hydration as it surely will be a sweaty mess!!!!
First half:
Block 1: 5×2: using 2 medium and 1 Heavy weight (every other) 30:10
Block 2: 5×2: using 2 mediums and body weight (loaded-unloaded) 30:10
Block 3: using 2 medium and 1 Heavy weight (every other) 30:10
Block 4: 5×2: using 2 mediums and body weight (loaded-unloaded) 30:10

30-DAY POWER FIT: Day 21- 💪 Today we’re diving into a focused, 35-minute chest and triceps workout designed to build serious strength. We’ll power through 10 intense exercises, each repeated three times to push you to your max. Work hard for 50 seconds per set, with 20 seconds of rest in between. I’m using 15, 20, and 30 lb dumbbells, but pick weights that feel challenging for you. Ready to crush this? Let’s do it!
