LIVELY HIIT WORKOUT | 30 Min Full Body - No Equipment at Home



Here we go… 30 min Full Body HIIT Workout at Home!!!…. It is that time of the week after all where we make sure our shoes are tied in a double knot… we have turned off the heating… and mentally prepared ourselves for a super intense session knowing that when we finish, we realise we enjoyed every single minute of it!!🤩

Today’s HIIT is 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest. No repeat!! I know many of you love the no repeat so this is a treat!!

Ensure you have a bottle of water ready, you will also need a mat.

Below are the exercises we will work through…. just want to mention if find your don’t need the full 20 seconds rest, you need to work harder!😉👌🏼

    Did this workout with two of my friends today and had so much fun!!! None of us is in shape so we were all struggling but continued to cheering each others up and pushing thru it! I always did Caroline's workout alone at home and this was the first time I was doing it with someone else in a shared place and it definitely felt so great (and so proud too, haha)!!!     i never thought there are different variations of jumping until i found your workout.. lunge is already hard for me but you've added jumping now i cant feel my legs anymore. thank you for this workout this is my first time doing your workout that is not low impact I've enjoyed it so much what linda sun said is really true..you're workout really feels like just minutes.

    🥵🥵🥵!!🤩🤩🤩!! I felt lively before..and died after!!🤣 Loved it Caroline!! So intense!! So excited to get to the rolling pushups!! They are always soo fun!! My legs were burning and near non-functional following those back to back burpees with the extra jumps. All the jumps were pure 🔥 during this workout. I feel ready for tomorrow!     I'm currently doing the IRON series and chose this workout to rest between days 7 and 8. I've just finished it, so I'm all sweaty and still a little bit out of breath but super surprised with how well I performed. I had to catch my breath a couple of times but was able to recover very easily, even with all those jumps and push-ups. It felt amazing to get to the end of this workout and say "Yes! I did this!". I owe this awesome feeling to you, Caroline. So, once again, thak you! 🙏🔥💪🦵

Set the clock ⏰ for 1 minute of work 1 minute of rest for each of these patterns:

Single DB Squat to Press
DB Dead’s 💀
DB Overhead Rev Lunges- R
DB Overhead Rev Lunges- L

That’s one ☝️cycle 🔁 the goal is to complete 4 total cycles for a quick high volume leg 🦵session.

Hello😍 Today you can see my daily routine life from morning to night in village👧
My routine rural lifestyle as a country girl is now different from when I was in the city!
First of all in this autumn daily vlog Aran and I wake up early in the morning at 6.am! as you know, some of us Iranians like to sleep on the ground and feel and absorb the positive energy of the earth, and this is according to the traditions of our ancestors, we also spread a bed on the ground and sleep. In the following, you will see my skin routine, my makeup and changing my clothes. Then I will bake fresh bread for breakfast and you can learn its recipe because it is very simple and quick to make. With the help of my husband Aran, we prepare breakfast and eat it together. As always, first thing in the morning, we talk and play with the lovely animals and pets of the garden and feed the cats, dogs, chickens and roosters. In addition to bread, I also make cheese myself so that we use organic and healthy products. After eating a full breakfast, the day continues, for today’s lunch I will make a very delicious and attractive traditional dish called dolma. Dolma is very popular among us Iranians, Turks and Arabs. Be sure to try this colorful and hearty dish. I collect all the ingredients used to cook dolma, such as eggplant and bell pepper, from our own garden. I also make a delicious pickle with cabbage, carrots, celery and other things. Today, according to the autumn routine in the village, I wash two carpets in the yard, and Aran cleans a bigger carpet with sticks. He also juices the lemons with hand tools to preserve them for the winter. And it also dries the peppers. At the end, I will make a very delicious sweet with apples called Apple pie. I hope you enjoy our daily life from morning to night. And I take it to the garden with hot tea and we eat and drink together with Aran after a long routine day in the village.
And these things are a part of my routine rural lifestyle as a country girl in Iran. I hope you enjoy this video 💋 and learn and prepare these very delicious dishes.
