Do you want to lose as much as 4kg in just one week? Today’s intensive full body workout will help you achieve that!

This workout can be done everyday BUT only if you feel you’re physically fit enough to do this. This is a really fun and effective workout but it can also be very challenging due to its high-intensity moves so make sure to take caution and do a warm-up first before you start.

    Heyy guys…. I am 15… I weigh 65kgs!!!
    Gonna start this exercise from tomorrow
    Please motivate and remind me by liking.. Will update everyday!!😶

    Day 1 – ✅ could complete only 1 set but at least started😌 (65kgs)

    Day 2 – ✖ cuz I fasted the whole dayyy🙂

    Day 3 – ✅ did only 1 set but I will complete the whole workout from tomorrow!!! (64.5kgs)

    Day 4 – ✅ did only one set cuz still I couldn't manage my busy schedule but I will do the full workout tomorrow whatsoever!!! (65kgs)

    Day 5 – ✅ did it in the morning☀☀!! I see no difference🤐 but I will wait…(64.5kgs)

    Day 6 – ✅ i didnt gain my weight overnight so i wont lose it overnight🙂 (64kgs)

    Day 7 – ✅ did it!! (64kgs) 😶

    GUYS!!! I DON'T SEE ANY DIFFERENCE IN MYSELF AFTER CHECKING MY WEIGHT EVERY MORNING. SO I WILL CONTINUE TO DO THIS AND I WON'T UPDATE.. I WILL UPDATE IF I SEE ANY DIFFERENCE😑😑

    Day1:✅️ i did it untill 14:00 i couldnt finnish because my leg couldnt move anymore and i sweat a lot and my heart racing like crazy i think next days will be better❤

    Hello everyone, I have already started this exercise for a while, but it was intermittent. I continued doing it for a week, then stopped for four days. I have a vitamin deficiency that causes weight stability. I started taking the vitamin four days ago, and my period has come. My weight is 61, but now my period is on me, so I measured my weight and found it between 64 and 63. My height is 158. I will consider today my first day. Okay,

    The second day✅️

    I only played 21 minutes, it had been a day and a half without food and it made me feel dizzy, so I had to stop at the 21st minute.

    The third day✅️

    Day 4 ❌️

    I didn't exercise, I had to take my vitamins at noon and I woke up late so I had to eat, my body was tired too so it's okay, my waist measurement is now between 73 and 72, my period ended yesterday and my weight is 63, as far as I know you shouldn't weigh yourself right after your period ends, but I got a little excited

    I did the exercise until the 18th minute. I know that I am supposed to do it all, but if I do it all, the time will be delayed even more, and my mother wants me to eat with her, and it is not permissible to eat together after two hours of exercise, and the meal time is after two hours. I will do light exercise at night to make up for not completing this.

    I took it as a rest day because it's been 14 days since I started the diet, so I ate chips and didn't exercise either, I'll be back to my diet tomorrow because I take a break from the diet every 14 days

    ima do this everyday until i see so progress yall so like to remind me
    day 1 :i can say as a person who cant do a full squat this was hard like a 8/10 for me i was sweating so much i had to take a shower after this i think i might do this workout for 3 or 4 days a week
    day 2 : my feet are sore from yesterday so i will skip today
    😅

Other examples include squats, crunches, cycling, and running. Many people feel guilty about not performing regular exercises but they have no reason to think differently; they deserve extra credit for doing regular exercise. In fact, many activities that people use for leisure such as watching movies, playing games, socializing, going to beaches, and relaxing. They should take regular breaks from these and instead work on themselves. However, according to most experts, the main thing to remember when working out is not to stop before you reach your peak fitness level. You may also notice side effects like headaches, high blood pressure, and diabetes among others which could arise if the exercise continues beyond the initial period of time. Therefore, it is always advisable to consult your doctor first and after proper medical supervision, restart the exercise. Similarly, it is best to perform all workouts under strict health monitoring in order to avoid injury and unwanted side effects that could lead to permanent problems such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.

* How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.
