It’s a no jumping workout that won’t require a lot of space so it’s 100% apartment friendly. This will help you burn calories and aid with fat loss. This HIIT workout features full body cardio & strength exercises that will promote fat burn and lean muscle, helping you tone your entire body.

Welcome to your 30 min morning yoga flow. This class is great for all levels and focuses on helping you start your day in a mindful way with a full body sequence of poses to stretch, strengthen and centre.

Today’s class includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends, standing balances and side planks. It’s designed to help you feel like you’ve given your body everything it needs to have a great day. I also include lots of options for the more difficult positions so that you can make the practice your own.
