    What a blessing your daughter likes strawberries! I can only enjoy having raw berries (not mixed with sugar) if I heat them up and make kinda like a “jam” out of them (I eat it cool, but I have to heat to make the jam)… That way I eat it with toasts, for example! I also like them frozen and mixed with a lil bit of cool water, so I make these rly thick consistency juices, and that I can also take without sugar… But the berries in its original states, for some reason, I don’t like!

    For people who are wierded about the mom still going to school, it's probably bc she has college classes that are either her major requires a long time or she didn't do college and wants to try to major. My mom goes to college, and I am 13+

This Killer Full Body BOSU workout targets the entire body – cardio, balance, upper body, lower body and lots of core. By creating an unstable surface, the BOSU helps to build coordination and strength in your stabilizers which are your abs, back, hips, and shoulders. BOSU stands for both side up, and is a great tool for when you want to switch things up. I know for me this was a sweaty heart pumping total body workout! We have 16 moves with 40 seconds of work, 15 seconds to transition, and 2 rounds today. So grab a mat and your BOSU and Let’s GO!

25 Min Full Body KETTLEBELL Workout | No Repeat (Normal & Complex Set)



In this 25 Min Full Body KETTLEBELL Workout | No Repeat, we will perform 20 exercises that target the entire body. Each exercise will be performed for 40 seconds, with 15 to 30 seconds of rest in between. At the end of the workout, we will have 3 complex sets. Each complex set consists of 2 exercises: the first exercise is performed for 5 repetitions, and the second exercise is performed for 10 repetitions. The goal is to complete as many rounds as possible with proper form.

Let’s get to work!

These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
