    Hey Dez. Did my first session today on my wife's reformer. She's been banging on about me doing one for over a year now and I've finally got round it. It was great, thank you. Can I ask which workout video is best for me to grow my chest and biceps? Would it be the obvious upper body one or do you have another I can't find?

    Awesome workout! I don’t have a box for my reformer but used my Bosu ball 😬 it was a little more challenging for sure.

    This is the second video of yours I’m doing after a shoulder injury and some knee issues (from years ago) and I’m so glad you have included all the cues on which muscles to initiate with, how not over extend into our knee, etc. Thank you for taking the time to do those things. I thought I’d be so sore after, and yes, I’m sore, but my knee isn’t swollen and my shoulder feels even better! Hoping to continue with more of your videos to help me strengthen. I’ve missed doing pilates!!!

Team, we’re adding weights again today! I’m calling this 30 min YOU VS YOU workout because you are your biggest motivation AND your biggest competition! Burn fat with this high-intensity, full-body workout and I’m sure you’ll feel incredible at the end!!
Who is the hardest worker in the room = YOU ARE! Let’s do it!!

WORKOUT DETAILS

👉🏼 Duration: 30 MINS (Plus 5 mins of cool-down stretches)
👉🏼 Intensity: Body Burner 🔥🔥🔥
👉🏼 Dumbbells OR Bottles (I’m using 10kg dumbbells for your reference)
👉🏼 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest
👉🏼 No Repeat
