Benvenuto a questo nuovo video 😊😊😊

Oggi ti propongo un workout di Pilates matwork dedicato a tutto il corpo.
Inizieremo in piedi, ci sposteremo poi in quadrupedia e supini sul nostro materasso.
Esploreremo diverse posizioni del corpo per tonificare cosce, glutei, addominali.

Rimani fino alla fine, faremo una serie di allungamenti per le gambe e la colonna, per rilassare la muscolatura che abbiamo usato.

    Ciao cara Silvia grazie per i tuoi contenuti. Io ho fatto anni di palestra ho 38 anni e ora voglio dedicarmi solo al pilates ma ho paura di perdere tono muscolare. Voglio mantenere un fisico tonico e asciutto non pompato. Il pilates aiuta?
