    I tell you what – I'm 60+ and just started doing some of these moves last week. There are 4 different accounts that I watch to see which moves I think I can do, and then I try them out…slowly. I don't know that I'll ever be able to move that quickly, but I'm already smoother and a bit faster than I was last week, and the AMAZING thing is how my achey hip feels better after moving like this! I'm pretty jazzed, tbh :o)

    Yea maybe once im out of crippling pain ill get back at it. Pretty sur emy back is jacked for life though so bad my legs and feet are in constant pain. I was this. No longer
