    I didn't any of that. 10k-15k steps every day. Caloric deficit, some form of weight resistance for body parts u want to look good 2-3 times a week. It's not rocket science

Vacations/ trips are for work or pleasure, but either way, doesn’t mean it’s an excuse to go off the rails and not workout or not move your body AT ALL

That’s my personal view on it, but even some moving is better then none…

So I always pick a hotel that has some sort of gym, doesn’t have to be state of the art and I will make a great workout happen! 🔥

DBs and a bench or stair is all you need for this one
I had upper body day, so that is what this is

Decline push ups 3 sets of 5-7 reps
Single arm push press 3 sets of 8 reps / arm
Front to lateral raise. 3 sets of 8
Heavy bicep curls. 3 sets of 10-12

That’s it!! Took 35 min and my arms feel great! 💪🏼
