Today’s class is a Fun Total Body Strength Workout with lots of moves to Shape and Tone the Legs, Arms, Butt and even the Abdominals ! I will be using a small household step for one of the exercises. Let’s Build Muscle and Boost Our Metabolism with this class today ! A Warm Up and Cool Down are also included for your convenience.

    Hi Trish, Happy Monday! Thank you for this great no repeat strength class! I really enjoyed it! I was able to use my 5, 7 & 8 lbs. today. My entire body got a great workout! I hope you and your family had a nice weekend. The weather was pretty warm here, but we got a lot done (I was able to check off a lot on my to-do list, lol) and had a nice weekend!     This was AWESOME, Trish! 🤩 I did this one this morning, and wow… just LOVED this workout. 💪It truly had everything for the whole body. 💃🏻 Loved the combination moves, playing around with different weights ans the time sequences were just right too.     Absolutely brilliant. Thanks ever so much Trish for all the tips to help engage the lats. You took so much time. It makes total sense. You are so good at explaining how to execute moves. Thanks for showing how to engage lats when standing up and rolling the shoulders back. Love the idea of visualizing holding a sheet of newspaper between arm and body when doing back rows. As well as making sure that my shoulder blades come close together, like holding a pencil. I will pay more attention next time to what weight I am using and what level of ease/ or not, is happening.
    I like how you included some body weight exercises as well as those compound ones that always give my brain a good think.
    A very challenging and rewarding work out.
    I hope the rest of your week goes swimmingly!

    Dear Trish! Thank you so much for your videos. I love working out with you right after I wake up in the morning to get my day started. Someone on the internet was saying that it is a terrible idea for midlife women to lift weights or exercise without eating first. Should I change my routine and not work out on the empty stomach in the morning? Thank you for your advice!
