Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform strength moves for your legs, arms, abs, and total body for 3 rounds of 45 seconds of work and 15 second rest. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a lunge and press and something as light as weighted jackknives for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!
Exercises:
1. Reverse Lunge and Shoulder Press right Arm
2. Reverse Lunge and Shoulder Press left arm
3. Dumbbell Jackknives
4. 3 curls and switch with single leg balance
5. 3 kickbacks and switch with single leg balance
6. 3 curtsy hops and 3 knee to elbow crunches
7. 3 Chest Presses right, 3 left
8. Glute Bridge left to right leg toe touch
9. Glute Bridge right to left leg toe touch

Cvičím přes 50 roků a když jsem nedávno objevil kettlebell, byla to láska na celý život. 😂 Rusky je to bulina nebo girja,od tudy to pochází.
Hračka na všestranné cvičení, stačí zapojit fantazii. 😊Zvláště je to super, když se vrátím ze zimního plavání. Swing zahřeje super celý tělo. 😊Pohyb je život, proto jsme vybavení tolika svaly. Mnoho štěstí v cvičení..😊

I was too lazy to go to gym today, so I preferred my old kettlebell. Did this workout with pleasure. In my opinion, abs don't receive what they deserve in this one, so I added some crunchy-crunchies.

Друг здравствуй. Извини, но твоя техника рывка гири на тройку. В верхнем положении, когда гиря долетает, подкручивая кистью и также подкручивай при сбросе гири. Предплечье меньше будет забиваться. Это только один недостаток, нужно ещё работать со спиной и ногами.

I discovered kettlebells just before Christmas. Now they are my warm up and my cool down. 100-150 #30 swings, 60-90 #30 squats, 60 #15 overhead lifts, 30 #20 lunges, 60 #20 lunge and lift. I like the swing into the squat. I will have to try that tomorrow. I turn 75 in the fall.

I'm not alone in this but this video is not a workout video to follow. unmotivating and slow. The movements are killer but the feel of the video is not working out. It's like a Ted talk about a workout with commercials.

Nice routines.. I did both parts plus a 30×10 kettlebell swing warmup.
These both made my first ever Kettlebell workout.
I'm so out of shape and so look forward to what I'll look like in 2 months or so.
