    I like videos like this because they help dispel the myth that all fat people do is lie around eating McDonalds. I'm a size 24 and I hike, kayak, roller skate, do HIIT, row, and strength train multiple times a week. I'm fitter than almost everyone around me but I constantly have people assume I can't do much or they act surprised when I can, and it's frustrating.

    Everyone stop giving hate! All of these girls are beautiful just the way they are! They don't need to go on strict excersize routines or diets, they just need to embrace who they are. So everyone who is saying things like "they are fat" or "I bet they don't really excersize" and other horrible comments, you need to find some other way to spend your time then just finding a negative in everything. Again, these girls are all beautiful just the way that you are. ❤

    I'm very confused about the US Sizes
    my pants size is W38 x L36 and 38 is supposed to be a 10 in the US? But I'm pretty sure I look more like a 2?
    I'm 6 ft and 145 pounds so that's a bmi of 19,6 so could someone explain this to me😅

    I'm around a size 10 depending on the fit of the clothes and I like my clothes to feel a tad on the looser size than tight

    Everyday I rebound (jump on trampoline) for about 10mins and pilates for about 45min also walk and/dance whenever I want

    EVERYONE IS TALL IN THIS VIDEO- starting with size 0 Shes got to be at least 5'9
    depending on the height the weight does look different on them.
