    Rick,i had plateaued at 73 kgs.I started doing your workouts since last one month.Honestly i wanted to check out if your workouts would really help me loose weight.I started doing 13000 steps workouts in the morning and 9000 steps workouts in the evening. Now its been one month and believe me i have lost 7 kgs in one month.You helped me move past my plateaued zone.I am 66 kgs now.I keep getting compliments on loosing weight.I have shared your workout videos to all my family and friends.
