He added: “What is a Yorkshire pudding, I thought pudding was a dessert?”

After sampling his meal, he said: “That is Thanksgiving, it tastes like Thanksgiving in a bite. You can have Thanksgiving all the time here.

“This is heaven.”

Matt then takes a bite of the cauliflower cheese, but it didn’t meet his expectations, he thought the mac and cheese was “fine” though.

One commenter said: “Not a day goes by that I don’t miss Toby’s.”

Another said: “That looks so good and yes, now you have to take Omar to Golden Corral when you guys get back to the states.”

A third added: “The fact that a Yorkshire pudding is literally just bread is so confusing to me.”

A Toby Carvery spokesperson commented: “Nothing matters more to us than our guests enjoying their experience, and so we’re delighted to see how much Matt and Omar loved their time at Watergate Toll Toby Carvey. After 40 years of being the home of the roast, we know we’ve perfected the art of the British roast dinner.”
