Stealing from supermarket
A woman was given a community order after stealing from a supermarket.
Ioana Mircea, 32, admitted to Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court that she had stolen £271.53 worth of goods from Asda at Middlebrook on October 24 last year.
Six days later, on October 30, she then stole around £300 worth of shower gels, beauty items and detergents from the same supermarket.
The next day, on October 31, Mircea stole £401.89 worth of food, clothing, toiletries and household items, against from the Asda at Middlebrook.
Mircea, of High Street, Peterborough, was given a 12-month community order and told to complete 100 hours of unpaid work.
She was also ordered to pay £300 compensation.
Theft
A woman was ordered to pay compensation after stealing from a supermarket.
Florentina Adar, 37, admitted to Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court that she had stolen £401.89 from the branch of Asda at Middlebrook on October 31 last year.
This appeared on the same indictment as Ioana Mircea.
Adar, of High Street, Peterborough was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a fine of £120, costs of £85 and a surcharge of 48.
Household waste
A man was fined after failing to secure the transport of household waste.
Ladislav Lakatos, 44, admitted to Bolton Magistrates Court that he had failed to ensure that waste from his home was only transferred to an authorised person.
This was on February 1 last year.
Lakatos, of Woodfield Street, Bolton was ordered to pay a total of £500.
Licence and insurance
A man was fined after driving without a proper licence or insurance.
Mohammed Hassan, 37, was proved by single justice procedure at Bolton Magistrates Court of driving a Vauxhall Zafira on Grantham Close, Bolton with insurance on August 6 last year.
That same day he had also driven without a licence.
Hassan, of Woking Terrace, Bolton was ordered to pay a total of £288 and given six penalty points.
Trespassing
A man had to pay up after trespassing.
Darren Welsh, 54, admitted to Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court that he had trespassed at a residential building in Bolton.
This was on February 25 this year.
Welsh, of no fixed abode, was fined £40.
