Peel Regional Police asked for the public’s help Thursday in locating Damian Walker, of Brampton, in connection to a shooting April 23 in the Beech St.-Church St. E. area of the city that left another young person dead.
That was the same night Peel cops were investigating a “suspicious death” at a building in the 20 block of Beech St., although details about the incident have been scarce.
Sgt. Tyler Bell-Morena told the Toronto Sun that the victim was a male under the age of 18 and that while the shooting remains under investigation, it appears to be an isolated incident.
Police said Walker is about 6-foot with a slim build, light complexion, curly brown hair and green eyes. He also has a tattoo of a rose on the right side of his neck.

“Investigators have reason to believe that Walker may be armed and dangerous,” police said in a statement released Thursday. “If seen, please do not approach and call 911 immediately.”
Anyone with information, including Walker’s location, is asked to contact the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau at 905-453-3311, ext. 3205, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 or peelcrimestoppers.ca.
